Simply Keto by Suzanne Ryan is an Amazon best-seller in the keto diet niche. Her book offers over 100 easy to prepare healthy low-carb and ketogenic meals with easy-to-follow recipes. Suzanne started her keto journey in 2015 and lost 100 pounds on the ketogenic diet. Her Simply Keto book offers a simple 30-day meal plan and shopping lists to go along with her ketogenic diet recipes.
Suzann Ryan publishes a follow-up keto cookbook at the end of 2019, called Beyond Simply Keto that offers another 100 keto-friendly cooking recipes.
