  •  e2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup of Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Grass Fed Butter
  • 1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp of Monk Fruit Sweetener


  1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
  2. In a large bowl, except for the coconut oil, combine all of the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
  4. Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on the size on your pan.
  5. Serve and top with Grass-Fed Butter.
