KETO COCONUT FLOUR PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
- e2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Grass Fed Butter
- 1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp of Monk Fruit Sweetener
DIRECTIONS
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
- In a large bowl, except for the coconut oil, combine all of the ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconut oil.
- Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at a time depending on the size on your pan.
- Serve and top with Grass-Fed Butter.
